- I am MOM of Mom Dad. Our first date was Oct. 1; almost four years later, we married on Sept. 1. I am exactly 36 hrs. 5 mins. older than Dad; our birthdays are in two different months! We are blessed with five adult children. My hope is that every child created by our loving God has parents who love them at least as much as we love the five people God honored us to parent. A brilliant man joined our family when he married our daughter. I think he is beautiful too. They now have two sons who have proven that God cannot be outdone in creativity. The blessings of grandmahood cannot be counted by this mere woman. Very soon, our family will grow when another daughter marries a man we already love. I believe all humans are equal as children of God. I would like to help everyone understand that every human being is a sacred gift at the moment of fertilization because every one of us is created in the image of God with great love for a holy purpose. This is the Truth that separates humans from all other creatures of the universe.
